Starting a new architectural project can feel like a daunting task. During the past 18 years we have developed an in-depth knowledge across a wide variety of sectors. At Figura Architecture Ltd, we can provide you with the full range of architectural services from initial client briefing through to completion on site; including options appraisals; feasibility studies; Master planning; Planning Applications; Building Regulations Applications; Tender and Construction packages; and project management.
We offer an initial free consultation at your property where we can review the existing building or proposed site, and listen to your requirements and aspirations. Following our consultation we will prepare a written design brief outlining your requirements and a fee proposal for our architectural services, as set out in the RIBA Work Stages below. If you choose us as your architect we will prepare the RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract 2020, to sign a formal appointment.
We can also assist with the formation of an integrated design team, through there commendation of sub-consultants with whom we have developed a good working relationship.
Following appointment, the project will then proceed along the defined work stages as set out by the Royal Institute of British Architects, RIBA, known as the RIBA Plan of Work. These are broadly outlined below, but more information can be found at the following link.
